Members must be at least 15 years old to use the Wellness Center, or between 12-15 and have completed the Fitness Orientation. Orientations take approximately one hour. Please schedule with the Wellness Center Staff or call Amy Lucka, Wellness Director, at 663 5810.

Fitness Challenge

Adult members can challenge themselves to exercise consistently while having the opportunity to win prizes in a monthly prize drawing. Just sign up at the Welcome Center for this free program.

Fitness classes

Physical activity will combat stress, increase your energy level, improve your attitude, help manage your weight, and make it easier to cope with your normal activities.
