Joy in movement
Cheer Class
This eight-week class will introduce students to team spirit/dance movements designed to build flexibility, strength, and coordination. Students will earn basic cheer and pom poms moves and jumps, including basic jazz and introductory kick line dance. This is a great way to build confidence in your child, as well as introduce them to team-based activities and promote healthy living.
- Grades K-2: Wednesdays 5:15-6 pm OR Thursdays 4-4:45 p.m.
- Grades 3-5: Thursdays 5:15-6 pm
- Program costs: $35 members / $60 non-members
Ballet Class
The earliest preparation for the study of ballet begins with this class. Students will be introduced to basic movements to build flexibility, strength, and coordination. They will learn basic ballet positions and several introductory barre exercises, while being made aware of music, rhythm, and space. Class meets for eight weeks and is offered by age.
- 4-7 Year Old Class: Wednesdays 4:00-4:45pm
- Program costs: $35 members / $60 non-members
