A 5k and 2K run that benefits the Southlake Branch YMCA. This community event has steadily grown in popularity and we're expecting 2,000 runners at the start line at Crown Point's historic downtown courthouse square. Register the whole family for this fun event and enjoy the post-race party on the square!

  • When: Sunday, April 29
  • 5K starts at 2 p.m.
  • 2K lines up behind 5K runners and starts at approximately 2:05 p.m.

Awards given to Top Female and Male Overall; first, second & third place finishers in each age division for the 5K run; and Overall Clydesdale, Athena. Plus, awards given to the elementary school with the most participants!

How to Register

This event will be timed using on-the-bib disposable chip timing technology by TH Timing. 

  • Register online
  • Or print the registration form and send it with check payable to: Southlake Branch YMCA, Attention: Hub Run, 1450 S. Court Street, Crown Point IN 46307.
  • Register in person at the Southlake Y or on race day at the Courthouse square.

Packet pick up will be at the Southlake Branch YMCA on Friday, April 27 from 4-7 p.m. or Saturday, April 28 from 10-4p.m.

Course Map

The course starts and ends at Crown Point's historic downtown square. The 2K run loops around Wheeler Middle School. The 5K run takes you through neighborhoods and down Court Street to the finish. There will be water stops on the 5K course at both mile markers.
