Equipment and training with friendly faces to welcome you
In addition to our popular Fitness Classes we also offer a variety of wellness programs to help members evaluate their fitness level and take their exercise program to the next level.
Indoor Triathlon Training
Join us for our 5-week training for the Y Indoor Triathlon. Class will meet on Saturday afternoons for training in at least two of the disciplines.
- Starts: January 7th
- Time: Saturdays, 3:00pm
- Cost: $20 members/ $35 non-members
Hub Run 5K Race Training
Come train for the Hub Run with us! Runners and walkers are welcome. Informational meeting January 23rd at 6:00pm. Training begins Monday, Jan. 30th, dates & costs to follow.

- Time: Mondays, 6:00 pm
- Cost: $20 members/ $35 non-members
Half Marathon Training
Train with us for the Palos Heights Half Marathon! Must be able to run 3 miles.
- Starts: January 14
- Time: Saturdays at 8:00 am and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm
- Cost: $60 members/$80 non-members
Free Weight Clinic
This clinic will teach basic free weight exercises to train the upper and lower body. Class size is limited to the first 12 participants. Please sign up at the Welcome Center.
- Starts: January 10th
- Time: Tuesdays 10:45am and 8:00pm
- Cost: Free to members
Wellness Center
Our membership also includes access to our Wellness Center – free for all members. The Wellness Center includes a weight training room with a full range of equipment and free weights and a cardio room with treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes and more.
